Location, Location, Location

Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Hotel service is prompt with check in done by iPad when you walk in door and are then asked if you prefer red or white wine. Rooms are spacious. You can either valet park or there is parking garage nearby. There is a wonderful terrace on second floor with fire pits and lovely seating to,enjoy a beverage.

Perfect location

I loved this hotel from the moment we arrived and were given a glass of wine while we checked in. The room was spacious and well appointed. The rain shower was wonderful. There is a lovely outdoor space for having a glass of wine or a cocktail called the Terrace. It has cozy blankets and fire places to keep you warm while you enjoy your cocktail. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The Andaz is in the perfect location in downtown Napa. You can walk to a large selection of fine restaurants so there is no need for a designated driver after dinner.
