2 days of the Disneyland Resort

Gardena, California

Stayed here August 15th overnight. Would have rated the hotel of five except for a couple of Minor Details. 1 the next morning we had no hot water for showers. I have included photos of this Resorts room I don't know if $500 is Justified. Employees are friendly courteous and get the job done.

Week stay

New York City, New York

This was our second time staying here. We were very disappointment, the pool was closed the last time so didn’t know what to expect. It was very small and over crowded. The room wasn’t as clean as before, the walls were dirty, the bathroom floor wasn’t to clean and everything was very dusty. The hotel could use a little refreshing. The front desk was very nice and counter service, the staff in the gift shop were rude. We had a question and no one was in the store, they made us sand their 15 mins until she would allow me to ask the question. Also many of the workers questioned you where are you going. I never had t o report to someone I when I was going to my room or waiting for my family. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. One employee kept asking me if I was ok it gave me a complex that something looked funny on me or something. Also I am all for security especially in this day and age with everything going on in the world. You used to be able to cross the street walk through the California Gand and go to the parks. Now you have to walk through the parking lot, through the Disneyland hotel and then downtown Disney to get to the parks. Not as convenient anymore. It wasn’t much cheaper then the Disneyland hotel next time I was pay the extra few dollars and stay there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially if you have small kids, also the elevator system is a nightmare. You type in your floor and it tells you what letter elevator to go in, however there may be 10 people waiting for the same elevator and no room a lot of time wasted waiting for elevators.
