Wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Indian Wells for a women's retreat. It was the perfect location. The staff was excellent, efficient and friendly. The rooms are very tranquil and well appointed. The banquet department was also very good!

Just about your average bear

Charlotte, North Carolina

We stayed here as we wanted to route through Palm Desert on our way to Napa (we were journeying cross country from Charlotte, NC). This resort is huge and suffers from being so large. The grounds are well landscaped but the pool facilities are showing states of disrepair. King rooms are dated and could use a refurbishment. We ordered breakfast in room and were pleased by the service, presentation, and quality of the food. The problem was we didn't see anything that would make the resort stand out from the multiple options provided in the area. Takeaway is the customer service and breakfast were excellent but the property is aging and the cleanliness can be improved. Please note we had two shelties with us so this is a pet friendly resort - those are hard to find in this area.
