Lack of service!

Santa Barbara, California

Have been staying at this property for the past 3-4 years for the BNP Paribas open. Always stay in a Villa. This year everything at the Hotel seem to be cut back. Gift Shop in now non existent. You could order a BBQ Dinner to be brought to your Villa and cook yourself, which was GREAT, but this year the stopped doing this. Villas also come with Butler Service, during our 4 night stay we saw our Butler 2 times! Property as really gone down hill the last year! Not worth the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Recent stay at Hyatt Regency

Annual tennis trip to Indian Wells....we always stay at the Hyatt, one of my favorite resorts... The telephone was not working but maintenance came promptly and fixed it.. The 1st time I called the front desk they said I could not have a cot.....they I called back and explained that I have gotten a cot every year and this time they agreed and send the cot.
