Great place, relaxing break.

Dublin, Ireland

Stayed for 4 nights, really beautiful property in a lovely part of califiornia. What's good: * Accommodation * Food * Scenery * Staff What's bad: * Our room (111) had basically every single piece of electronics broken in it, with really no plan to fix it it seemed. For example, our doorbell was connected to everyone's doorbell. if you ring one they all ring. * The value in the cafe is pretty ridiculous. They're selling a 12oz can of local beer for $10. You read that right. $10 for a small can of beer. It's just offensive.

Beautiful Rustic Retreat

Hollister, California

This place was beautiful, elegant and yet not ostentatious. The quietness of the ranch helped us to relax during our stay. We also loved how there were activities available for all ages! The deer and wild turkeys roaming the property were also a beautiful sight to take in! What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming customer service we received from the minute we drove into the property. Upon check in Ken the bell/front desk personnel greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. Jeff, Director of Housekeeping, was the most kind person we have ever met! He was always smiling and helped us find our room when we got lost. Just when we thought we had met the cream of the crop, Mercedes greeted us and our kids while checking out. She ensured that we had a pleasant stay and gave my kids some coloring pages & crayons to help us on our long ride home. This place has the most amazing staff. Impeccable customer service. Everyone was extremely professional! Thank you to you all for making our stay a memorable one!
