A beautiful stunning hotel

Good evening - So I’m writing reviews for all my hotels visited in the past year.... We arrived and we were escorted to our beautiful Arabian court garden room. It had tradition Arabic features and had air conditioning. The pros: Beautiful gardens Quiet and peaceful pools No rooms being overlooked Clean and tidy Excellent customer service The cons: Don’t ask for a Hamman which I found out involved being washed and massaged butt naked 🤣 my own fault for being naive. Plus, unfortunately I’m aware of outside one of the One and Only’s in Dubai, they are building a cruise port right in front of the hotel beach so this year I’ve given it a miss and chosen another hotel.

Simply Outstanding

What can we say that hasn’t been said before about this amazing Hotel... The Professionalism and friendliness from the cleaners to Senior Management is very impressive. Never have we been on a holiday in a Hotel so memorable. We had to pinch ourselves everyday as we looked around at the detail in this “Palace” we were fortunate enough to Holiday in. Day or night the Hotel comes to life with timeless beauty which will never be forgotten. An immense thank you to all staff who genuinely helped make our Holiday as great as it was. Malcolm Hutchison
