Elephant Hills Jungle Safari - Luxury Tented Camp-2 Night -3 Day Jungle Safari
Set in the largest area of rainforest in southern Thailand, Khao Sok National Park lies the fabulous Elephant Hills Jungle Safari Camp. Thailand’s first luxury tented camp takes African inspired safari tents and blends them with a tropical environment amid rainforest covered mountains and limestone cliffs. Spend a few days getting close to nature and experience the Asian elephant, discover the lakes and rivers of the National Park in a canoe and trek into the forest to learn about the flora and fauna of this unique destination.

Lunch and dinner
Once checked in you will get to interact, feed, clean and help bathe the Asian elephants. This includes preparing their food as well as feeding them. You will learn the secrets of the Mahouts and a little about their culture, and how they look after these wonderful animals. Once the elephants are fed and bathed you will take an exciting and relaxing canoe safari down the Sok river. With your guide in tow as you go down the river, there are ample scenic photo stops and you will see various wildlife en route down the river, so make sure you have a camera at the ready.
Once back at the main camp, you can enjoy a leisurely swim in the swimming pool or relax in your private hammock with a good book. In the evening dinner is served, and you will be able to enjoy a dance performance or cooking demonstration.

After breakfast you will depart the main camp and journey to a local market and sample the local way of life, where you will be able to buy souvenirs, and any refreshments etc needed for the onward journey to Cheow Larn lake. En route to Cheow Larn Lake, there will be a stop at a viewpoint for a chance to take some iconic scenic photos.
From here you will take a short journey to the Cheow Larn Lake. Next, take a traditional longtail boat ride around the lake with your guide on hand to answer any questions and also telling you a little about the area and local traditions, before heading to the Rainforest Camp where you will have lunch and spend the afternoon here.
After lunch, take a self-paddle canoe and go and explore the mangroves and surrounding lake or just choose to relax at the Rainforest Camp or take a refreshing swim in the lake, before then heading back to the main camp.

After breakfast, you will set off with your guide for a jungle trek by foot through southern Thailand's unique rainforest.
During the trek, your friendly and informative guide will point out various flora and fauna and will be more than happy to answer any queries. The trek will take you to a tree house; where you will enjoy some locally prepared and freshly cooked lunch. After lunch, you will head back to camp where you can freshen up before your transfer to your onward destination.
