It is absolute paradise. Honeymoon visit

Langdon Hills

We had 5 nights here as part of our honeymoon travels. It was everything we hoped for and more!! It had that idyllic deserted island feel. We were picked up by boat from Phuket yacht club and transferred. It’s about 45 minutes and the journey was fine. Then you pull round to the bay and ‘Paradise’ appears. We were greeted with a cold wipe and a lovely drink and check in was easy. Our rooms weren’t ready for a few hours but we used the beach and the restaurant for lunch and a man came and told us that our room was ready early. We were gobsmacked by how amazing our room was. We were upgraded for honeymoon to a higher suite with a full seaview and jacuzzi on outside decking. The room was perfect, stocked with everything you could need, tastefully decorated in a shabby chic, rustic, eco way. Things we loved; 1- waking up to a floor to ceiling window showing the most beautiful seaview. 2- the staff in the hotel are fantastic - a few reviews had complained about language barriers but you receive a letter in your room telling you that they hire all local staff from the island for the hotel to create work so please to be patient with them. We found most of them to have fantastic English and are the kindest most helpful people. 3 - the wildlife , the hornbills are everywhere and I will never forget the sound of them. The huge moniter lizard in the lake was amazing! Beautiful crabs on the beach at night. 4 - The Food. Everything we ate in the restaurant was absolutely perfect. Thai curries to die for. Just spot on food. Breakfast fabulous, loved discovering coconut jam!! 5 - The happy hours - on 4/5 times a day and evening so really easy to get a ‘cheaper’ drink. Cocktails and beer was great. 6 - we used our free yoga pass and made effort to get up and do the 7.30am class. The teacher was fantastic and it was just the two of us with him at the pavilion on the beach as the sun came up. An hour and a half so a long session and it was amazing. 7 - we upgraded from our ‘free 30 minute massage’ and paid extra to have an hour and a half full body. The spa is so lovely and well worth a visit. The ladies in there are so sweet. I had Mia who was small but SO Strong!! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and the little extras like the sauna and plunge pool and the teas etc just add to the experience. We had to visit a second time:) 8 - The cooking class - we booked to do this with a lovely lady chef. She was great, so clever and talented and nice. We cooked a 4 course meal and would eat each course as we went. Very excited to recreate at home! Well worth the money. 9 - the sea - yes it is tidal but if you read up you will know that and you just make sure you time when you go in for a swim. The water isn’t crystal clear because of the tides but it was still lovely and just so warm, like a bath! We took a boat trip but with an independent guy called Bass House boat trips as his trips were less than half the cost of the hotels ones. He is a super guy and we messaged through Facebook and he took us for a great day out seeing 5 islands. Yes it’s fairly expensive to eat and drink here and you can only use the hotels restaurants and bars but no More so than the UK and you are on a tiny island where a lot has to be imported! And we knew this to begin with and expected it. 5 days here was perfect for us, any longer and maybe we would have felt a little trapped as there is no where to walk to, so we were happy to move on. However we will never forget what really is Paradise, a wonderful resort which we would so highly recommend. Thank you for a perfect honeymoon stay.

Serenity

Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Last March 2019 we were blessed and stayed for the third time in the beautiful resort Paradise Koh Yao Noi. There are few hotels where we can relax as much as this one. Everything in this hotel is in balance and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. In the restaurants you can eat delicious food at a great price and very good quality. Don't forget the beachbar where you can enjoy the sunset during happy hour. The management of this hotel is doing very well and continues to improve quality. Our compliments for this and hopefully in good health until next year! Thank you Marc and amazing team ! Go there and really relax...
