terrible hotel we have visited

We have visited several hotels in sri lanka and we face the worst worst experience in this hotel. We face worst Communication from the bookings. From there whole process was poor and terrible. We haven't got any plus points to say. For instance, on arrival we did not get facial/warm towels but all foreigners got even before they step in to the hotel. some people in our group got few well come drinks and others waited about 5 mins. There was a big different of service between locals and foreigners. The food, we got totally different to the what they promised. In 2017 we went to Ananthaya Resort in Passikuda and the service and every thing was fantastic and that's why we booked this hotel. But nothing was good in this hotel. Please never visit this hotel for any better experience specially sri lankans

A beautiful location with a supportive staff

We stayed two nights at Ananthaya resort which was a great experience. Anathaya is a nice place to rest because of comfortable rooms there with fantastic views. Food quality and taste was great with room service. Specially thanks Diulan for your wonderful decorations made for us. We would like to recommend Ananthaya for any other visitors.
