Billing issues !

okay hotel in the Union Square are. Stayed there twice. Significant billing issues both times - overcharging on the rate the first time, and over 100$ mini-bar charge the second time(only had a bottle of water!). seems like a pattern, that other reviews also mention.lots of follow up required to get these fixed. NOT WORTH IT! Hundreds of hotels nearby - stay SOMEWHERE ELSE and save yourself trouble.

Dated hotel

The hotel misses the mark on all points including rooms, service, and food. Rooms were small, stuffy, and dated, with cracked windows that offered no insulation from outside noise. Food at the hotel and room service were subpar. Embarrassment for the Kimpton brand.
