Begin your journey in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Banff, before taking the two day journey across lush landscapes and soaring mountain peaks westbound to Vancouver. After some time to explore this cosmopolitan city it's time to embark on your seven day cruise aboard Holland America's ms Koningsdam along the Inside Passage to Alaska. This journey can also be booked in reverse order, starting in Vancouver followed by the Alaska cruise and finishing with the luxurious Rocky Mountaineer train to Banff.

Return to the Rocky Mountaineer train this morning to continue your journey westwards towards Vancouver. Today you will see a dramatic change in scenery from forests to winding river canyons and lush green fields. You will arrive in Vancouver this evening and spend the night here.
