South Beach

South Beach - Miami

Miami's lively heart

South Beach is the quintessential Miami beach: clear blue waters, long stretches of white sand, paved jogging paths and famous nightclubs. It's the beach you've seen on TV, read about in magazines and seen on postcards.

Take a walk in the surrounding area and see the Art Deco buildings of South Beach; stroll along and watch the cruise ships heading out to sea. It's also the perfect spot to sip margaritas on your lounger while gazing at the tropical scenery. Once you've had your fill of the sun, head for a café or restaurant along famous Ocean Drive.

The long boardwalk is great for a run or walk, and a farmer's market opens on Sunday mornings selling fresh produce, homemade bread and jams.
