Nice breakfast

Narzole, Italy

Nice hotel located in the city center, really close to the zocalo square, we can even say on the square! Staff welcoming and in line with the level of hotel. They speak English fluently. A VERY tasty breakfast is Served on the panoramic terrace! 4 points because of VERY small rooms with a window on the corridor.

Why I keep going back!!

Cozumel, Mexico

This was my third visit to Zocolo Central in less than 2 years and despite the construction, it exceeded my expectations AGAIN! There is no denying that the Hotel is perfectly located and the hotel itself is beautiful - I can’t wait to see it after the lobby remodel! This trip I literally had the best room in the Hotel - at least I think so. Room 514 - top Floor, corner which gave us lots of windows and views of the Cathedral and the Zocolo. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with an excellent espresso machine and mini fridge, safe, ample closet and drawer space, full sized hair dryer and nice quality toiletries. I am a BIG water drinker so I love that there is an complimentary & unlimited supply of cold bottled water on every floor. Breakfast was very good with a buffet of fruit, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, yogurt and cereals. In addition to that, you also have several Menu choices which include pancakes, omelet yes and other specialty breakfast dishes. The bed is probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever experienced - it’s even more comfortable than my bed at home and that is saying A LOT. Despite all of these other amazing qualities, the best part of this hotel is the staff! From the bell boys to the camaristas maintenance to room service to the concierge and the general manager - they really are there to be at your service. No Matter what our need or request, they were there to serve and they do this without any hassle and always in a friendly, courteous, professional manner with a smile. I never hear excuses or doubts from this hotel staff - just always, “how can we help you?”. My friend stubbed her toe as soon as we arrived and we were worried about the blood that dropped on the carpet - they were worried about her toe and sent a medic up immediately. The concierge purchased ballet tickets for us and got us excellent seats, maintenance made it possible for me to plug in my roku stick so we could watch a movie on the 60” TV, I could increase the list as Infinitum- the point is that this would be just another high end Hotel without this staff - but because of this staff, I would never consider staying anywhere else on my visits to Mexico City!
