Wow! Cozumel Palace Exceeded our Expectations

New Jersey

Wow! What a great vacation! We have been to Moon Palace in Cancun about 20 times; therefore, I have to say I was skeptical going to a smaller resort. But WOW- Cozumel Palace was awesome. We were greeted by Pasquale (the bellman) upon arrival. What a warm welcome! He assisted us with the bags and showed us the lay of the land. Rosanna always had a smile whether she was serving us drinks at the lobby bar or pool or just getting to know us. Our Diamond Concierge Fernando provided us outstanding service. He prebooked some of our spa appointments and quickly arranged more upon arrival. Fernando checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed (which of course we did). Top Notch! Our room was perfect. Can’t beat the view from any room. Our room was spotless after Diana cleaned it daily. There are 4 restaurants, but there was an abundance of delicious food. The food was always the right temperature and fresh. Every morning, we were greeted by Teodoro for breakfast. By day 3, he knew what we wanted and had it ready for us. We were fortunate to meet and have excellent table service from Juan in Momo and the Mexican restaurants. Juan made our dinners feel very special. Hola Juan! Dinners were great- so much variety. Our days were spent relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous ocean front views. Our Pool Concierge Jose Luis was fabulous. Very attentive and personable. Very hardworking. We enjoyed spending evenings in the lobby bar with our favorite Bartender David. He always had a smile. He makes a great Cosmopolitan! It was just a pleasure to spend time with him. They had nightly activities in the lobby. The chocolate party was outstanding. We felt very safe at the resort. Everyone and everything exceeded our expectations. My skepticism disappeared upon arrival and we are already planning our next trip to Cozumel Palace in October 2019! See you soon my friends.

Day Pass

I was in town for the Cozumel Ironman and wanted to take advantage of day passes so I’d be guaranteed safe, healthy food and drinks. As a member of Palace Resorts, I thought a day at the Palace would be fun. It’s more expensive than other day passes on Cozumel ($92 for members), but it was worth it. One benefit of the Palace is that the pass extends from 7 AM to 11 PM so you can take advantage of their gourmet, t-star restaurants. The resort is beautiful, the service exceptional, and the food delectable! I especially appreciated Isaias, a bellman, who patiently helped me in and out of the storage area several times. What a nice man!
