Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf & Spa Resort

Joyce and Valeria were amazing at Dreams. From the morning to night. Volleyball, snorkeling, and blackjack. A lot of fun! They were very friendly and really looked after our needs. Definitely go back just for the entertainment and obviously the food.

Beautiful property, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Very attentive, friendly staff. Lots of activities throughout the day to take advantage of - or not,and entertainment options at night. Bordeaux had, by far the best food!! Hubby and I found the pizza ( not on the menu) at Portofino the tastiest option. Very disappointed we were unable to get into the ocean due to the rough water, would have liked to have known this ahead of time when booking but not the resort’s fault, just good old Mother Nature. We would definitely return.

We just arrived back to Alberta after spending a week at the Dreams Resort! It was an amazing experience. The care and attention to detail that the resort provides is second to none! The pool and ground areas were impeccably well kept and clean and there always seemed to be people doing a variety of jobs to ensure that everything was well maintained! We travelled with our kids, who are 4 & 7 and they were treated so well everywhere we went. The entertainment crew - Rolfi, Joyce, Camila, Brayan & Valeria were awesome! Always checking in on the kids, offering to do activities with them and including them! They quickly made connections with the kids and the kids looked for them each morning! Thanks team for making our little people feel at home! Our kids also spent time at the Explorers Club where Jazmin, Joyce, Camila and Valeria kept them well entertained!! It was an awesome opportunity for the kids to spend some time out of the sunshine where they did crafts, had movie nights, did rock climbing, reverse bungi jumping and were kept safe and secure so we could enjoy time just as adults. At the pool, Manuel was amazing! He kept us full of food and drinks from sun up to sun down! Octavio and Manuel went out of their way to get the kids ice creams and special drinks. 😀 We had a great housekeeper - Denise who was wonderful about keeping everything clean and organized! We always had clean towels and a stocked mini bar. She even turned down the beds in the evening and laid out the kids PJs! The ladies who worked at the little 24 cafe were also wonderful. They quickly learned our “morning coffee, fruit & pastry” routine and were so sweet and helpful. It was an excellent choice for a lighter breakfast before hitting the pool! We enjoyed the restaurants that we had to choose from, the Italian Restaurant - Portofino, had pretty good Italian food, the pizza and calamari were great! We ate from the pool side menu daily for lunch and the food was quite tasty and came quickly! We were approached about purchasing a time share and initially booked a meeting but changed our minds. The hosts were appropriately persuasive without being forceful and we didn’t end up sitting down for the presentation in the end and there were no hard feelings! 😉 Overall we had an awesome week at Dreams! It was definitely the attention to detail that made the difference in how well this week went! It was our first trip to Cabo and hopefully not our last. This is a beautiful resort where the staff take great pride in providing the best possible service. From check in to check out it was a fantastic week - thanks for having us!
