Activities On Land & Water - Mauritius

Mauritius Is Awash With Fun Activities

The beautiful turquoise lagoon is protected by a coral reef and offers snorkelling, scuba diving, and dolphin-watching trips. For more activity try your hand at a wide range of watersports like windsurfing, kayaking, or deep-sea fishing. If you'd rather keep your feet a little drier, feel the white sand between your toes and stroll the two kilometre stretch of beach or enjoy a round of golf on one of the courses in the area. There are a number of golf courses to entertain you on your holiday in Belle Mare. Belle Mare Plage has two 18-hole golf clubs: the 72-par Legend Golf Course and the 71-par Links Golf Course. Book some time at the resort's Marc Farry Golf Academy to improve your swing. One & Only Saint-Géran Golf Club offers golf tuition on its 9-hole, par-33 course. This east coast resort is perfect for any holiday. Splash out at Le Waterpark and Leisure Village, Belle Mare, located just outside Belle Mare. Open seven days a week, there's a good range of rides, including pools, giant slides, a ship wreck, a wave pool, water cannons, and other water-themed rides for endless fun. While undoubtedly not as big as those in Europe or the USA, this water park offers a fun distraction if you want some time away from the beach.
