Amazing holiday

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms all have sea views and are cleaned every day. The hotels grounds beaches/pools are stunning and very relaxing, the fact that its adults only means it’s very peaceful and there were always sun beds available. The food in the main restaurant was good, it varied from buffet to table service each night, there was more choice on the buffet nights, there is only 3 choices on the table service nights which were nice but a bit limited. Lunch in the saint gretan restaurant was our favourite, great food and lovely views. The catamaran trip was one of the highlights for us, great day out and definitely worth the money - special mention to captain Jack Sparrow. The staff throughout the hotel were always helpful and very accommodating. The ONLY thing I would say that was slightly irritating after a while which is only a small thing is that you have to sign a £0.00 bill EVERY time you get a drink or eat anything when you are all inclusive . It would be easier to have wrist bands for all inclusive guests to distinguish them from non all inclusive guests, only a small thing but it did get frustrating and not experienced this at any all inclusive resorts before. Overall very happy with our holiday here and would definitely recommend .

Ok holiday but not 4 star resort

Reading, United Kingdom

First visit here and visually beautiful with small beach, shallow main pool and infinity pool. We booked Privilege Room as we were interested in Catamaran trip and dinners at Saint Geran restaurant. The Catamaran trip was a great day and Captain Jack Sparrow made it fun. The room was a disappointment with no wardrobes but racks for your clothes in the bathroom right near the toilet. Never experienced this in any hotels we have visited. Neither restaurant has a dress code, Management cannot seem to manage this and throw the blame at the customers abusing staff if asked to dress appropriately. No support from General Manager. Food is okay in both restaurants but not great variation. Pancakes every afternoon, no afternoon tea. A change from pancakes occasionally would be nice. This resort calls upon local casual staff regularly who visibly do not know what to do. The other staff cannot do enough for you , thank you to: Chef Khata, Venishta, Pratima, Jane, Awmee, Riaz, Sanjeet and Husayn, you were all stars. Do not recommend Privilege room ( wardrobes & dress code in Saint Geran). The Management team must be accountable for dress code, not the customers! Will not be returning. Final tip for Abrahim at reception.......try smiling!
