Itinerary Breakdown
Dinner
We will transfer you to the tour pick up point at the Hotel Istana where you will depart Kuala Lumpur to the jetty at Kuala Tembeling by coach. After lunch, embark on your journey up the Tembeling River, the two-hour journey by boat will give you time to enjoy the beauty of Taman Negara National Park. You will pass through rubber plantations and traditional Malay villages. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel for three nights. You will have time to relax and explore the resort before dinner, followed by a presentation on the National Park by the park rangers. After the presentation, enjoy a guided night jungle walk to observe a different kind of flora, fauna and wildlife.

After breakfast, depart on a jungle trek to The Canopy Walkway. This 500 metre suspended canopy walk hangs 30 metres above the forest floor and offers a breathtaking views of the surrounding rainforest and wildlife. A trek to Teresek Hill will give you a full view of the Tembeling Valley up to the Tahan Mountain. After this tiring yet fascinating jungle trek, return to the resort for lunch. In the afternoon take a boat trip to the beautiful cascading waterfalls of Lata Berkoh, where there will be time for a swim in the clear waters of the falls and enjoy the best nature has to offer.

After breakfast, proceed for Rapids Shooting at Kuala Trenggan (no experience required) by boat. On the way back, visit a traditional "Orang Asli" village to see how the aborigines live. Learn about their way of life, get to know the people, their village, houses and activities. Please note this visit is subject to permission of the villagers. Return to your hotel for lunch and the rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
