Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur is a city for all to enjoy, and even those who claim not to be ‘city people’ tend to fall in love with it. Featuring an iconic skyline that plays host to the famous twin Petronas Towers and ornate mosques that scatter the city, the architecture is fascinating. You’ll come across modern high rise buildings one minute and ancient temples the next.

Foodies will rejoice too, as the city is home to many high end and casual restaurants, street food stalls and eateries dishing up cuisine with influences from all over the world.

Wildlife lovers must head to Kuala Selangor, where sparkling fireflies gather at dark in the trees of the park. The scenes are a sight to behold and spectators will leave feeling humbled and enchanted.

A capital city with many international links, Kuala Lumpur is an ideal stop over at the beginning or end of any holiday.

Following a busy few days stomping the grounds of Kuala Lumpur, it may be time for some indulgence and relaxation. The idyllic Langkawi Island is the perfect spot, and on arrival you’ll feel overwhelmed with the natural beauty of the area.

The best way to fully appreciate the sublime beauty of the island is by hopping onto a cable car. This will transport you up to the Sky Bridge which stands at 708 metres above sea level. Be aware, this trip isn’t for the faint hearted but if you don’t mind heights the views are spectacular.
From the top you can admire lush forests, the sparkling blue ocean and, if you’re lucky, some of the Thai islands that sit on the horizon.

For an afternoon of pure relaxation, head to the caster sugar white sands of Datai Beach and relax under the warm rays of the sun in ultimate peace.
