Bandhavgarh National Park is set among the Vindhya hills of Madhya Pradesh and covers an area of 168 square miles. The park's lush vegetation and surroundings is now home to over 35 kinds of mammals, 250 species of birds, 111 species of butterflies, 16 kinds of snakes, 500 kinds of plants and many more trees and shrubs.

Within the folds of Bandhavgar's thick jungles, there lies a high density of tigers; the largest streak in the entire world.
