Top Tips from our Experts

Destination Specialist

"There are a couple of options when it comes to getting to the resort, its best to speak to one of our destination specialists to find out the best route for you. Although we recommend flying into Port Blair from either Mumbai or New Delhi where you can catch a 2 hour 30 minute catamaran journey straight to Havelock Island."

Spectacular resort

We visited the Taj Exotica resort this week. The villas are beautiful, spacious and very luxurious! The private pool surrounded by trees is great esp since the weather is hot and humid! But most of all I’d like to recommend the amazing Taj hospitality. Our daughter fell sick with a stomach infection and the staff at the hotel went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home. Parul at Shoreline restaurant made the most wonderful dal soup for her and then a special cold coffee to ease her stomach. One of the staff from Uttarakhand made warm jeera/ herbal water from an old family recipe. We felt very well looked after and everyone at the hotel made our daughter feel special and well looked after! Would like to thank them all for our wonderful experience😊 Swati

What a beach and a resort

Kolkata (Calcutta), India

Truly I have not seen a better beach than Radhanagar beach and the Taj Exotica is really well made. the restaurants and service is sublime. THE ONLY issue in this trip was the sudden exit caused by the cyclone. ONE FULL DAY WAS SPENT IN VAIN IN LINE AT THE DOCKS AND THE NEXT DAY had to leave again at short notice.

Signature Experiences

Explore the secrets of the underwater life with the incredible excursions on offer. Try night kayaking in the mangroves, row in pairs post-sunset towards the unique eco-system, you'll hopefully spot rare species such as the White Bellied Eagles and Blue Eyed Andaman Bulbuls. What makes this excursion extra magical is the hundreds of tiny phytoplankton that light up in the still, dark waters. Other exciting trips include Game Fishing, Snorkelling & Scuba Diving and Turtle Nesting. As Andaman is one of the richest coral reefs in the world, its a must see when you visit the beautiful island.
