Ho Chi Minh City and Phan Thiet Multi Centre

Bustling city and sandy shores

We love talking holidays and we're here to help. If you'd like our advice on how to create an amazing Far East holiday, just give our Destination Specialists a call.

Formerly known as Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city in Vietnam. With its French colonial buildings, bustling markets, designer shops, incense-scented pagodas and stalls selling fragrant noodle soup, this city buzzes with tradition and modernity. Drive from the city to the busy little port town of Phan Thiet, teeming with fishing boats. For golf enthusiasts the world-class Ocean Dunes Golf Club is located here, the 18-hole, par 72 course is all sea views, sand dunes and palm trees.

Our Experts Recommend:
  • Enjoy great views over the city from the Saigon Skydeck in the Bitexco Financial Tower
  • Venture just outside the city and explore the famous Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta
  • Relax on the sandy beach
  • Visit the lofty Red Dunes, giving gorgeous views of the area.

Spend several days exploring the sights, sounds and smells of this energetic metropolis, including Notre Dame Cathedral, Ben Thanh Market and the War Remnants Museum, or venture outside the city and explore the famous Cu Chi Tunnels and the fascinating Mekong Delta. We recommend spending up to three days here to allow enough time to see all the key attractions.

Phan Thiet

The ideal place for a relaxing beach holiday is on the long sandy stretch of Mui Ne Bay, which is lined with upscale resorts and beach bungalows. Enjoy the local restaurants and bars, explore the nearby fishing villages or the lofty Red Dunes where you can ride down the steep slopes on a sled.
