Conveniently located for exploring the city

Surrey

Easy transfer from airport to HKU via Central on MTR system, hotel is literally across the road. If your planning on using public transport regularly, buy a tourist card. Hotel is clean and tidy but looking slightly tired. Nice dining room overlooking the streets with an excellent choice of Western and Asian cuisine for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had a panoramic window with a distant view of the harbour, large comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, safe, plenty of wardrobe space, hairdryer. Bath with shower attachment, toiletries. Tip: when arriving with luggage from station there is easy access to hotel through the street level car park entrance. Swimming pool closed due to maintenance.

Great service, as always

I'm a frequent business traveller to Hong Kong (and am a Shangri-la Diamond Member) and tend to stay at Hotel Jen a lot. I always find the staff courteous, professional and incredibly prompt. While the hotel itself is a bit older nowadays (they are starting to refurbish the hotel slowly), it's still great value for money.
