Begin your adventure in Eastern Canada and get ready to discover some incredible cities alongside a group of fellow travellers. You’ll be treated to fascinating city tours as you explore diverse Toronto, uncover the French heritage in Montreal and Quebec City, and wander the historic buildings and Rideau Canal in Canada’s capital city, Ottawa.

Experience Canada’s still-thriving wild west culture in Calgary, a city of cowboys, rodeos and the legendary annual Stampede. Further west, enter into the embrace of Victoria, a city sat on the southern tip of the serene and beautiful Vancouver Island, before taking to Vancouver’s dynamic neighbourhoods.

Outside of Canada’s cities, a whole other land of discovery awaits. Adventure into the heart of the Canadian Rockies as you explore Banff and Jasper National Parks. The otherworldly blue of the lakes and the wondrous snow-capped peaks may just take your breath away. Take to the water and observe the almighty Niagara Falls, feeling the spray of water on your skin as you enjoy a boat ride to the bottom of the falls. You’ll also visit places that tell tales of the country’s heritage. Experience a traditional sugar shack responsible for making Canada’s infamous and beloved maple syrup. Visit Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, stepping back in time among this reconstruction of Ontario’s first European settlement.

Discover the Eaton Centre, the City Halls, Casa Loma, Yorkville, the University of Toronto and the city’s picturesque harbourfront. Spend the rest of your day at leisure before settling down for the night in your hotel.

This morning, enjoy the views as your coach takes you along the shore of Lake Ontario and rolling farmland. Once you reach the Thousand Islands resort region, climb aboard a cruise boat, sit back and take in the beauty of the many river islands that sit along the border separating Canada and the United States. When you reach dry land again, reboard the tour coach for the drive to Montreal.

Today is all about taking in the sights and sounds of Montreal, the world’s second largest French-speaking city. Enjoy a tour that will take you to downtown Montreal, the Olympic Complex, the historic neighbourhood of Old Montreal and McGill University. This afternoon is free to spend as you please.

This morning, you’ll touch upon the route taken by Canada’s first carriageway, the Chemin Du Roy, as you enjoy the drive into the heart of French Canada. You’ll soon find yourself in Quebec City, exploring the old city, Lower Town, the Citadel and Battlefields Park on a tour.

Spend today at leisure. Explore the city for yourself or, at additional cost, enjoy an optional trip to Tadoussac, where you’ll get to spend three hours on the St. Lawrence River watching out for whales and visiting the awe-inspiring Montmorency Falls.

Today, you’ll cross the border into Ontario and head to Canada’s capital city, Ottawa. En route, stop for lunch at Sucrerie de la Montagne, an old-time sugar shack and pioneer-style restaurant. When you reach Ottawa, explore the city on a tour, including its Parliament Buildings and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Rideau Canal, before spending the rest of your day at leisure.

Today is all about soaking up some of Canada’s beautiful nature. As you leave Ottawa and make your way west, enjoy breath-taking views of lakes, streams and forests. Visit the Algonquin Provincial Park and take to the hiking trails, where wandering wildlife and captivating forests await. After you leave the park, drive through the stunning Muskoka region and finally reach the town of Midland, your stop for the night

This morning, enjoy breakfast at the historic site of Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, a reconstruction of Ontario’s first European settlement. Head south to the iconic Niagara Falls, passing Toronto and Niagara Peninsula’s wine country as you go.

You’ll get to see the mighty falls from all angles. experience the power of the tumbling water from the bottom of the falls on a boat ride on the Hornblower Niagara Cruises - Voyage to the Falls before taking in the views from the top of the Skylon Tower.

For an additional cost, you might wish to take a Niagara Helicopter Tour or a ride on the Niagara Skywheel. Spend your evening at leisure.

Your tour’s eastern segment comes to a close today as you head along the scenic Niagara Parkway and through the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, which sits on the shores of Lake Ontario and is known for its wineries and the Shaw Festival. It’s time to then drive back to Toronto, where you’ll join your group for a ‘Farewell to Eastern Canada’ dinner at the iconic CN Tower.

Get to know Calgary on a city tour this morning, then leave it all behind as you take to the Trans-Canada Highway and drive west into the Rocky Mountains. Spend your whole day taking in the wonder of Banff National Park, the first of Canada’s national parks. After you’ve enjoyed a tour of the Banff region, you might choose to take a couple of optional tours, including a helicopter sightseeing ride, or a ride on the Banff Gondola to the breath-taking peak of Sulphur Mountain. Spend the rest of your day exploring this stunning place at leisure, or simply relax and soak up the views.

Say goodbye to Banff and begin your journey to Jasper National Park. Just outside of Banff, make a stop at Lake Louise. Spend time gazing at its impossibly turquoise waters, then continue north along the Icefields Parkway. This is one incredible drive through the stunning wilderness of the Canadian Rockies. En route, experience the incredible Columbia Icefield as you take to an Ice Explorer and ride over the impressive Athabasca Glacier. As you get closer to Jasper, you might choose to take an optional raft trip on the Athabasca River.

This morning, you have the option of choosing to experience one of Jasper National Park’s crowning glories, Maligne Lake, on a Spirit Island Cruise. Or you could take a motorcycle tour of Jasper, enjoying the stunning views from a comfortable sidecar. Alternatively, you might just prefer to rest and relax, indulging in your hotel’s facilities.

In the afternoon, take to the road once more, travelling west along the Yellowhead Highway. You’ll soon find yourself in the beautiful province of British Columbia, where you’ll travel along the Thompson River and through the Shuswap Highlands, before arriving in the city of Kamloops, your home for the night.

Whistler

Leave Kamloops this morning and drive through BC’s ranchlands on your way to its coastal mountains. You might choose to take a floatplane sightseeing tour of the stunning peaks, lakes and meadows of Garibaldi Park, with a first glimpse of Whistler. Afterwards, travel onwards to Whistler and enjoy the rest of your day exploring the village at leisure.

Bid Whistler a fond farewell this morning, then begin your journey to Victoria, the charming capital city of British Columbia. En route, enjoy the beautiful views along the Sea-to-Sky highway, visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and take in the ocean vistas as you cross the Strait of Georgia by ferry and reach Vancouver Island. When you get to Victoria, explore the city on a tour before settling down for the night.

This morning, enjoy the bright and beautiful flora of Butchart Gardens on a tour, before embarking on an afternoon of exploration.

Today, you’ll get to cruise through the Gulf Islands region on your way to the city of Vancouver. Enjoy a tour of the city and discover the lush forest of Stanley Park, picturesque English Bay, the historic district of Gastown and vibrant Chinatown. After your tour, enjoy the afternoon of your last full day in this magnificent country. Relax and soak up the atmosphere or continue exploring. This evening, you’ll join your group for a farewell dinner before spending your last night of the tour in Vancouver.
