Great location.

Waterloo, Ontario

Great location to visit Old Quebec City. Rooms are well kept. The service is friendly and efficient. Amenities are all that is usually needed. On site restuarant (St. Hubert) leaves something to be desired. A fair purchase for the price.

Great spot to visit the Carnival

London, Canada

Very clean, nicely appointed room with a smart tv. Hotel was in a great location with easy access to the old city, plains of abraham and restaurants. If you are visiting during the carnival, 2 of the venues are right outside the door. The parade goes right by the hotel. We didn’t use the pool, restaurant or gym but it seemed nice. Get a map, as the hotel is a bit of an illogical configuration with several zones. Use the blankets from the cupboard; they are much softer than the duvet. We found it difficult to locate an inexpensive/light breakfast and ended up at the Starbucks most mornings (we were on foot). There are lots of sit-down options close by. One complaint would be that they need a larger mat at the front door of the rooms for snowy winter boots.
