Very good hotel at excellent location

Kitchener, Canada

This hotel is situated one block away from the Quebec Parliament and minutes walk from the Quebec Old City walls, which makes it great if you are coming to visit the beautiful Quebec. On the same block of the hotel, you will also find many restaurants and bars. The restaurant gives you some discount vouchers that can be used at many of the local restaurants, so remember to bring them when going out for dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I got was very large, although I heard other guests saying theirs was very small. The furniture is a little outdated, but room in general is comfortable and very clean.

Successful Conference

Toronto, Canada

In August, 2018, we held a conference at the hotel, for labour arbitrators across Canada. We had 56 arbitrators attend, from all over the country. I was in charge of planning the conference. From the outset, the hotel staff were wonderful to work with - pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful, as I had never planned an event like this before. All my questions were answered promptly and competently. Their execution during the conference was outstanding. The hotel itself is lovely, and well placed in Quebec City. The meeting rooms were set up perfectly. The food (we had a welcome wine and cheese event) and a dinner, were truly outstanding. The quality of the food was top-notch. The hospitality suite was perfect as well. The conference was regarded by all as a major "success" and a great deal of the credit belongs to the hotel. I would highly recommend this as a conference venue.
