Ultra Modern

Toronto, Canada

Woohoo, ultra modern hotel from the lobby right thru the hallways to the room. Need your room key to get to your floor. Excellent location for exploring old/new Montreal. Across the street is the Metropolitan and the underground city making for easy access to any location. Walk from hotel to anywhere in the old section. Hotel offers a restaurant with an Asian flare and an awesome gin bar that opens at 4pm. Rooms have nespresso machine, bathrobes, complete stocked mini bar and snacks. Really liked the Bliss bath products. Bathrooms could use two hooks for bath towels or robes, one hook doesn’t cut it. Shower was pretty funky with glass facing sleeping area. Curtain was on the sleeping side. Better like who you’re sharing a room with 😉.

Customer Service was amazing!

Phoenix, Arizona

Let me start this off by saying. I’m not a W person. But this W was amazing. Great location, spacious rooms. The bar in the lobby was fun, good music and good bartenders, including Natasha. The valets were awesome always helping us out and getting us water. The best was the concierge Tom. He helped me out the entire trip with recommendations and reservations. Tom gets 5 stars from me.
