Never again

I do not know from where to start! My stay was a complete disapointement from the moment I walked into that building. The valet was rude with me when I asked him if I could park my car on my own because I just bought my vehicule. After, the check in process seemed complicated for the girl at the desk. We got a suite but with no natural light, I was told that the room had a romantic vibe... Well, let me tell you, they do NOT. The room decoration was cold and nothing gave us the romantic vibe. The service in the restaurant Verses was ok, they seem more interested in talking to each other than actually helping us out. Would not come back. Good luck!!

Can't think why this wouldn't get top rating

A great boutique style hotel in old Montreal. Located behind Notre Dame and close to many restaurants, bars, and the fantahstic architecture /ambiance of the old town. The rooms are spacious and very well fitted. The giant bed is the best I've slept in - anywhere in the world. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Great decoration - lots of exposed brick. Large bathrooms with quality toiletries. Restaurant (verses) is popular - nice style and great food. Wine choice good... Though always feel expensive to a UK wallet. Loved the hotel. The only improvement i would have wanted is a late checkout which was available beyond 1300 only for a price. (but that's the contract... So can't really complain).
