Good location

Ottawa, Canada

Pretty standard room, comfortable beds. Bathroom door a little worn out. Glass glasses (not the plastic ones wrapped in plastic). Quiet. Friendly staff. Pretty good towels. Overall a solid choice for downtown Toronto.

Great and centre location

New York City, New York

Visit Toronto Sheraton for one night stay after coming back from Niagara fall. The hotel is just next to the city centre government body so it is very convenient. It seems like sheraton is a very large hotel with lots of checkin counter. Nice! Was not upgraded this time and was assigned a 2-bed room despite only being myself here. The bed is so comfortable. Executive Lounge is huge and with fabulous view with various selection during the horduevous and breakfast period. Service is also excellent. They also have a indoor pool and a big gym. Hotel is also close to union station and all other famous spots, i will recommend staying here again!
