Stopover

Just 1 night here on our way to Niagara Falls. Nothing flash, just the standard room, which is all we needed. Walking distance to the town centre. Plenty of places in house to eat and drink, although one of the bars we walked into was all set up but we were told it is never open, unfortunate because it looked pretty cool. I would have no issue staying here again.

Hotel is okay...

This hotel is okay. The location is good if you want to be based in downtown Toronto as everything is in walking distance. We did not use any of the extra amenities such as the swimming pool. The rooms are clean, but the decor and interior is very outdated. The hotel could do with being modernized, especially the bathroom. It should be noted that the hotel is very close to major hospitals in Toronto. Although we didn't hear most traffic, we did hear many sirens which made sleeping a uncomfortable! The sirens were not constant and after the first night (a saturday), they were less often.
