We had a Falls View Room with spectacular views of Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable, clean with good quality toiletries. Restaurant meals were of good quality served by attentive staff. Recommended.

Amazing views of the falls

We reserved falls-view rooms, and it was an amazing experience. The falls are lit up at night, so we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views day and night. To get to the falls, simply go down to the lobby, cross the street and walk a few minutes and you’re there. No need to use a car. The first floor of the hotel has a large gift shop, a cafe, and a business center. Around the corner is a tourist area with restaurants, arcades, and other mini attractions. Across the street is a nice, open and free flower garden. While you can temporarily park next to the lobby for guest registration, the parking is actually at the casino next door. The walk was long and not straight forward as you must go through another hotel, the casino, a restaurant area, a large arcade and then the gift shop to get back at the Sheraton! There is a daily fee for this parking. There is also an indoor water park next to the hotel, a pool and a nice restaurant but we were there for Niagara Falls and it’s attractions so we didn’t use any of these.
