Relaxing

Thomasville, North Carolina

The staff was very courteous, pleasant and willing to help in any way possible. The view from our room was breathtaking. Everything was close and easy to get too. I will definitely be going back soon!

The View is Mesmorizing

Santa Rosa, California

We had a room on the 19th floor. The view is outstanding. I've been to Niagara Falls several times. The sight of the Falls never gets old. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice. I believe there is an issue with the in-room refrigerators (we had four rooms, none of these worked in any of the rooms), besides that...the room was comfortable. The lobby was updated and nice. One cool feature was the valet board. Pretty much like an airport arrival / departure board. So you could keep track of your car's status when you call (or use your phone to summon it). Staff for the most part of great all around. We were neglected a bit in Morton's, but they may have had a bit of a staffing shortage. The lobby bar was excellent for drinks and a quick bite. The hotel is about a 1 mile walk to the Clifton Hill area. That area is nothing but a tourist trap, but there are several restaurants there you might want to try out. If you want to go down to the Falls, there is a hillside tram ($2.75 per ride) behind the hotel. The Fallsview casino is nearby / adjacent (walk the scenic back route instead of the street). There are some nice shops there and some other eating options there as well. For viewing the Falls, this is a great option. You can't go wrong here. The view is spectacular. The hotel is quite nice and it didn't break the budget. I'd stay here again.
