Lovely stay

Middleton, Canada

My husband and I came for the dinner/ overnight package. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated without being overdone. It had a lovely view of the Basin and Blomidon. We enjoyed afternoon tea downstairs before heading out to walk around Wolfville. The fireplaces, woodwork, and plasterwork is beautiful, and there are a few art/display pieces that give some historical context to the inn. There are several common seating areas, so if you were coming with other people you could sit and chat without having to be in your room. Dinner was delicious; our only complaint was that there were almost too many choices and the portions were too generous! We will be back!

"Charming Inn"

Vegreville Alberta

I had the opportunity to stay here for a week while attending a conference in Wolfville. I must say this is a very charming Historical Inn. The staff are second to none, very friendly, polite and accommodating. This place is situated within walking distance from the downtown core. The area around the Inn is beautiful, nice to just wander and enjoy all the splendor. The rooms are nicely decorated with antique and old furniture. My bed was quite comfortable. They have portable AC units in the rooms if they are needed. They have a continental breakfast with most everything one would need. I must say its a gem of a place.
