Could have done better!

cheshire

Stayed here for 6 nights. 3 on a room only basis and 3 with a tour group. There is a restaurant attached where you drink and eat. We ate three times in the restaurant, twice on our own and once as an organised group. Better on our own! Breakfast as a group was a buffet and definitely NOT recommended but when we bought individual breakfasts it was very good. There is an individual working the breakfasts who really shouldn't be in the industry as her whole demeanor is that she doesn't want to be here!! Reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful as were the evening staff in the restaurant. Overall it's a mixed bag. The location is good and there is a courtesy bus.

Nice and close to BC Place

Seattle

Overall this is a close and convenient property to BC Place. I was not all that impressed with Frankie’s restaurant. Tip though if you plan to eat dinner there on a night there is an event at the stadium make reservations. Food was ok. The hotel in general was nice. The only thing we ran into was trying to order room service. Frankie’s we were told by the front desk is not part of the hotel. So the phone rang and rang. I feel if the hotel is offering their food for guests on a room service menu I expect much better service or don’t use them doesn’t look good on the hotel.
