Little value for money

Calgary, Canada

Historical building and good service. The cost outweighs the quality you get 250 CAD for a room is excessive, the room was close 3 to 4 star hotel, but you would expect higher range 4 star to 5 star hotel. Go for breakfast in the beautiful lobby but do not stay overnight.

Loved the gold level service

Kalispell, Montana

Very surprised at the level of service and amenities at this 100 year old hotel. We stayed on the gold level so I can only speak to that, the breakfast and evening appetizers that were served in the penthouse were far above our expectations. In fact, the breakfast was the best free breakfast we have ever had anywhere, we had lattes every morning and they had just so many other options I can’t even list. Our last evening for appetizers we did not even go to dinner as they had sushi rolls and it was plenty for us. A huge plus for us was that the hotel is pet friendly (although we never saw another pet the entire time). Hotel has valet with in and out privileges and the staff is very friendly. There is a nicely sized gym with nice equipment and a pool and jacuzzi. We would stay again for sure.
