Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff

New York City, New York

My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont Southampton for three nights. We found the rooms to be very comfortable. The restaurants on the property offer variety and fine dining. The concierge, Laverne and Rachel were incredibly helpful when we needed direction to local attractions. We also took a boat tour and walking tour with the local historian Tim Reynolds. The tours are free to visitors and very informative. The concierge can direct you to these tours. Overall a very pleasant stay, 4 stars bc we had the back view of the hotel. Sea views offer the opportunity to see the sunsets from the room balcony.

Great stay

We have been traveling to Bermuda for nearly 20 years and always stay at the Fairmont. Some of the rooms are starting to become dated, but always a great experience. The staff is excellent and friendly as are most people in Bermuda.
