This short motorhome journey through Death Valley and the Mojave Desert is prefect for adding on to a stay in the lively desert oasis of Las Vegas.
Spend a few nights enjoying the bright lights and excellent dining and entertainment of the Las Vegas Strip before you pick up your Cruise America motorhome and head out to explore the changing landscapes of Nevada, California and Arizona.
Head up through Death Valley National Park to Furnace Creek making time to stop and explore Red Rock Canyon, Stovepipe Wells and Zabriskie Point before heading down through California to historic Barstow and the ghost town of Calico. Hit the Interstate to make short work of your journey through the Mojave Desert to find yourself on the lush shores of Lake Havasu.
Spend a couple of days exploring the tranquil waters and rugged mountain landscape of Arizona's playground. From Lake Havasu State Parks, white sand and the original London Bridge was relocated, piece-by-piece, in the late 1960s to beach or for something a little higher-octane head to the Havasu 95 Speedway.
Hit the old 'Mother Road' Route 66 to stop off in Kingman before making your way back to the entertainment capital of Las Vegas.
