San Francisco
San Francisco is a thriving city, which is well known for its vibrant atmosphere and many historic attractions. It’s well known for its steep streets, which house trendy restaurants and cafés and beautiful townhouses.
Spend your days in San Francisco riding the tram to different neighbourhoods where you can get a feel for the local area as you wander around. Take a tour of Alcatraz and enjoy the beautiful views on the boat trip over. You can see the sea lions as they relax in the water or on Pier 39 before heading to the farmers market. Here you can pick up delicious local produce, including wines from famous vineyards nearby.
Cycle or drive over San Francisco’s most famous landmark. The Golden Gate Bridge is a must on any holiday to the city. You can also enjoy the beautiful parks which surround it on both sides of the river.
Las Vegas
Las Vegas is one of the world’s liveliest cities and is ideal for an active city break. It’s home to some incredible shows, opulent casinos and luxurious hotels.
Spend your days exploring the casinos, where you can try your luck at the card tables or slot machines. Try a pool party, or simply relax in one of the city’s many luxury hotels. In the evenings the city comes alive. It hosts shows from big names such as Calvin Harris and Lady Gaga, as well as smaller burlesque shows. There are also plenty of clubs and bars to choose from. Some of the best, and most ostentatious, can be found in the city’s casinos.
When it comes to dining, there are plenty of options. Choose from Michelin starred restaurants in five star hotels or opt for an all American feast at one of the diners. Steakhouses are peppered through the city, and you can also enjoy ribs, burger joints and plenty more.
