Our Best of Brazil and the Amazon tour gives you the chance to explore several of Brazil’s most important sights. In Rio de Janeiro you’ll experience the vibrant street life and party atmosphere of South America’s most breathlessly exciting city. From the top of the Corcovado Mountain, where Christ the Redeemer stands watch, you’ll marvel at the extraordinary view.

Iguazu Falls is among the most spectacular natural wonders on the continent. Hidden amidst subtropical rainforest on the border with Argentina, it looms out of the trees, the water roaring and the spray misting across the jungle. You’ll visit both the Brazilian and Argentinian side, descending into Devil’s Throat for an experience you’ll never forget. Manaus, a former rubber mining boom town, will serve as your staging post for the Amazon Rainforest. Known as the “Lungs of the World”, this magical place is home to countless species of animals and plants. Here you’ll spend two nights sleeping in luxury quarters on the banks of the Rio Negro.

The charming Portuguese colonial city of Salvador da Bahia will be your final destination. As well as being one of the finest baroque cities outside Europe, Salvador has a unique Afro-Brazilian heritage that gives it a highly distinctive flavour.
