We also recognise that an independent opinion is often appreciated when making that final holiday decision, so we have teamed up with TripAdvisor, the UK’s number one independent holiday review website, to provide you with hundreds of reviews, which will help you choose your perfect hotel.
TripAdvisor is the largest travel community in the world, attracting more than 24 million unique visitors every month, and has over six million registered members. It features real advice from real travellers, and provides more than ten million unbiased reviews and opinions.
This partnership makes Hayes & Jarvis the first UK tour operator to provide customers with reviews from TripAdvisor. The reviews can be found throughout our website, on more than 300 of our worldwide hotels.
How does it work?

- The hotel has been rated by TripAdvisor members for its suitability on a number of key factors, such as families or honeymooners.
They are also rated on other factors, including cleanliness and value, to help you make a decision based on the facilities that are most important to you.- Look out for the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards on some of our hotels. These represent the unbiased opinions of millions of real travellers reviewing properties ranging from luxury hotels to hidden gems.

Hotel details page
The TripAdvisor Traveller rating for each hotel is displayed at the top of the Hotel details page.- The ratings range from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).
- Ratings are calculated purely on travellers’ opinions. We’re pleased to inform you that the average rating for all of our hotels is 4.
- We do not filter any of the reviews or ratings supplied to us by TripAdvisor.
- By clicking ‘Read Reviews’ you will open a new window where you will see the latest independent opinions of up to 5 TripAdvisor members.
