Full Itinerary

Day 1 - Heathrow/Bangkok:
Non-stop overnight flight on Thai Airways.

Day 2 - Bangkok:
Transfer to the Majestic Grande hotel for 3 nights. (RO)

Day 3 - Bangkok:
Visit the amazing and ornately decorated Grand Palace & Temple of the Emerald Buddha, two of the main sightseeing highlights of Bangkok. Afternoon and evening at leisure to explore Bangkok’s many shopping malls along Sukhumvit Road or stroll along its local markets. (RO)

Day 4 - Bangkok:
Visit Thailand’s only remaining authentic floating market at Damnern Saduak to see hundreds of colourful, wooden boats offering tasty local produce and a variety of products to remind you of Thailand. After lunch continue on to the picturesque Rose Garden. Evening at leisure. (L)

Day 5 - Bangkok/Chiang Mai:
Fly Thai Airways to Chiang Mai and transfer to the Kantary Hills, Chiang Mai for 3 nights. Evening Kantoke dinner and dance. (B, D)

Day 6 - Chiang Mai:
A full day excursion to take in the beauty of the Chiang Mai province. See elephants at work and experience a ride on one of them, enjoy bamboo rafting along the Mae Ping River and visit a traditional hill tribe village and an orchid farm. (B)

Day 7 - Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai:
At leisure. You will have the opportunity to discover this historical and fascinating city surrounded by mountains and rice paddy fields. Visit its many temples and do not miss the opportunity of learning traditional Thai massage or joining a cooking course (optional). (B)

Day 8 - Chiang Rai/Bangkok:
Fly Thai Airways to Phuket and transfer to Cape Panwa Hotel for 6 nights. (B)

Day 9-13 - Bangkok/Heathrow:
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Cape Panwa Hotel with its excellent choice of restaurants and spectacular views across the Andaman Sea. During your stay, you will enjoy two full day trips (lunch included during excursions) to the beautiful island of Phi Phi, famous for inspiring Alex Garland’s novel, “The Beach”, and among the stunning limestone rocks of James Bond’s Phang Nga Bay. Day 14 - Phuket / Heathrow:
Thai Airways flight to Bangkok to connect with flight to Heathrow. (B)
