Full Itinerary
Day 1 - Gatwick / Marrakech
Depart London Heathrow for Marrakech on a late afternoon Royal Air Maroc flight. Upon arrival, transfer to the Kenzi Semiramis Hotel for dinner and overnight stay. (D)
Day 2 - Marrakech / Casablanca / Rabat
After breakfast, depart to Casablanca, the economic capital of the kingdom. Visit Mohamed V square, the residential quarter of Anfa and the famous Hassan II mosque. Continue onto Rabat, the administrative capital of the kingdom, where you visit the Kings Palace, the Oudaya museum and the Kasbah (Castle). Check in at the Rabat Hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Day 3 - Rabat / Meknes / Volubilis / Mouly Driss / Fez
After breakfast, departure to Meknes. Sightseeing of the city on arrival: Moulay Ismaïl Mausoleum, the famous big gate, Bab Mansour and the granaries. Continuation to Volubilis, this magnificent Roman ruined city, and then to Moulay Driss, a holy city, where the founder of the first Moroccan dynasty is buried. Arrive in Fez, check in at the Jnane Palace for 2 nights. (B,D)
Day 4 - Fez
The whole day is devoted to visit Fez, this old imperial city. Visit Attarine Medersa, the Koran school of Karaouine, Nejjarine fountain and the famous souks. Discover Fez El Jedid during the afternoon afterwards visit to the external part of the king palace.
Day 5 - Fez / Beni Mellal / Marrakech
After breakfast, depart for Beni Mellal via Ifrane and through the marvellous landscapes of the middle Atlas Mountains. On arrival at this little city bordering one of the big olive forests, you will have the opportunity of seeing the famous spring at Aïn Asserdoune. Continue onto Marrakech, the “Pearl of the South”, check in to the Kenzi Semiramis Hotel for dinner and 3 nights stay. (B,D)
Day 6 - Marrakech
After breakfast, enjoy the day visiting the red city. A historical visit in the morning: El Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian tombs, the city’s enclosure, the Menara and Agdal Gardens. The afternoon is devoted to the discovery of the famous and bewitching Souks. (B,D)
Day 7 - Marrakech
A half day excursion to the Ourika valley during the morning, an extraordinary 60 Km journey. The afternoon is free at leisure (shop or relax at the pool of your hotel).
Day 8 - Marrakech / Heathrow
After breakfast, transfer to Al Menara airport for your return flight to the UK.
