Aboard the luxury boat, the M.S Magic, embark on a fascinating educational journey to discover the ancient civilization of Egypt on the Images of the Nile cruise. Full Itinerary

Day 1 - London Heathrow to Luxor:
EgyptAir flight to Luxor. On arrival, transfer to the MS Magic (D).

Day 2 - Luxor to Esna:
Take an optional morning excursion to the West Bank including Valley of the Kings. In the afternoon travel to Esna to overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 3 - Esna to Edfu to Kom Ombo to Aswan:
Sail to Edfu, and visit the temple of Horus before sailing to Kom Ombo and then proceeding to Aswan to overnight (B,L,D).

Day 4 - Aswan:
Take an optional morning excursion around Aswan including the Aswan High Damn and an afternoon motorboat or felucca trip on the Nile. Overnight in Aswan (B,L,D).

Day 5 - Aswan to Kom Ombo:
Opportunity to fly to Abu Simbel in the early morning. In the afternoon sail back to Kom Ombo for the night (B,L,D).

Day 6 - Kom Ombo to Esna to Luxor:
Sail to Esna then onwards to Luxor to overnight (B,L,D).

Day 7 - Luxor:
Take an optional morning excursion to the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor temples. Spend the afternoon at leisure (B,L,D).

Day 8 - Luxor to London Heathrow:
Spend the morning at leisure, before your EgyptAir flight home or extend your stay in Egypt (B,L).

Departures: From London Heathrow every Monday.

• West Bank - Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Colossi of Memnon and Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (day 2)
• Edfu - The Temple of Horus (day 3)
• Kom Ombo and The Temple of Sobek (day 3)
• Aswan - High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, Philae Temple and Motorboat or felucca trip on the Nile (day 4)
• East Bank - Luxor and Karnak Temples (day 7). Abu Simbel by air excursion £130 per person.

Some excursions involve climbing steps and hills and may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. Please ask for details.
