Full Itinerary
Day 1 - Heathrow/Nairobi
Overnight non-stop Kenya Airways flight.
Day 2 - Nairobi
Transfer to the Nairobi Serena for overnight stay.
Day 3 - Nairobi/Masai
Drive to Mara Serena Lodge (8hrs). Afternoon game drive in search of the Big Five resident in the Mara. (B,L,D)
Day 4 - Masai Mara
Morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve. Hot air balloon flights may be pre-booked at a cost from £259 per person, please ask for details. (B,L,D)
Day 5 - Masai Mara/Lake Nakuru
Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park (8hrs). Afternoon game drive. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 6 - Lake Nakuru/Mt Kenya National Park
Drive to Mount Kenya National Park for one night at Serena Mountain Lodge with its special stilted accommodation (5hrs). Optional escorted game walk with resident naturalist available (payable locally). (B,L,D)
Day 7 - Mt Kenya National Park/Amboseli
Drive to Amboseli National Park, stopping in Nairobi for lunch. Two nights at Amboseli Serena Lodge, lying in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro (8hrs). (B,L,D)
Day 8 - Amboseli
Morning and afternoon game drives to see the abundant game resident in Amboseli, including great herds of elephant and buffalo. (B,L,D)
Day 9 - Amboseli
After breakfast, return to Nairobi (5hrs) where shared day room facilities are available prior to your overnight non-stop Kenya Airways flight to Heathrow. (B)

Please Note:
Timings are approximate and will vary according to road conditions, weather and traffic volumes. Safaris are not recommended for children under 8 years, due to the road transfers and lack of children's facilities. Only soft-sided luggage is permitted on safari due to space restrictions in the safari vehicle. Excess baggage can be left at your Nairobi hotel to be collected on return from your safari.
