Full Itinerary
Day 1 - Heathrow/Kilimanjaro
Overnight Kenya Airways flight to Kilimanjaro via Nairobi.
Day 2 - Kilimanjaro/Arusha
Met on arrival and transfer early to Mount Meru Game Lodge for overnight stay. For those arriving on the same day KLM flight via Amsterdam, evening transfer to Mount Meru Game Lodge. (D)
Day 3 - Arusha/Tarangire
After breakfast continue to Tarangire (2 hrs). Lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park renowned for its giant baobab trees and large Elephant population. Overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 4 - Tarangire/Ngorongoro
After breakfast the safari departs for the Ngorongoro Crater (3 hrs). Lunch at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge followed by an afternoon game drive in the Crater. Dinner and overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 5 - Ngorongoro/Serengeti
Today the safari leaves Ngorongoro for the Serengeti stopping en route at Olduvai Gorge where the remains of pre-historic man were discovered. Continue to Serengeti Sopa Lodge with game viewing en route (4 hrs). Lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 6 - Serengeti
Full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 7 - Serengeti/Manyara
Depart after breakfast and drive southwards through the Serengeti with game viewing en route. (4 hrs) Lunch at a lodge overlooking Lake Manyara followed by an afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Overnight E Unoto Retreat. (B,L,D)
Day 8 - Manyara/Arusha/UK
After a leisurely breakfast, return to Arusha for lunch (2.5hrs). In the afternoon, transfer to Arusha Airport for overnight Kenya Airways flight to Heathrow via Nairobi. (B,L)
