Day 1: Tokyo
Upon arrival in Tokyo, transfer to your hotel for your three nights stay.
Overnight accommodation - Standard: Shiba Park Hotel or similar. Room Only.
Day 2: Tokyo
Today embark on a full day tour of Tokyo. Enjoy the best panorama of the city from the Tokyo Tower then take in the peaceful Meiji Shrine and the Imperial Palace East Garden. After lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy a boat ride on the Sumida River to Asakusa Kannon Temple, a famous cultural landmark.
Overnight accommodation - Standard: Shiba Park Hotel or similar. Lunch.
Day 3: Tokyo
Day at leisure to enjoy Tokyo at your own pace or you have the opportunity of joining one of our optional tours (additional cost applies), highly recommended is the overnight tour of Hakone and Mount Fuji.

Day 4: Tokyo to Kyoto
Proceed to the Shinagawa Station, 5 minutes from your hotel, to board the high-speed Bullet Train to Kyoto. Transfer on arrival to your hotel for two nights. In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of Kyoto on foot where you will explore the Kiyomizu Temple, Kodaiji Temple, Yasaka Shrine and the famous Gion District.

Day 5: Kyoto
Today embark on another morning of sightseeing which will take you by train to Nara, once the Imperial Capital. Discover the historical wonders of Todaiji and Kofukuji Temples before walking amongst tame deer in the beautiful Nara Park. After returning, the afternoon is spent at leisure, allowing you to explore the rest of Kyoto on foot. Recommended is a walk along the river to experience the relaxed pace of this fascinating city.

Day 6: Kyoto
Transfer to Osaka Kansai airport for onward flight. Alternatively, you can choose to travel back by Bullet Train to Tokyo, taking in the beautiful scenery on the way (additional charge applies).
