The Mount Kenya and Masai Mara Adventure is a shorter safari that combines the big game of the Masai Mara and flamingos of Lake Nakuru with the less well known Mount Kenya National Park, which offers spectacular bird watching and stunning lakeside and mountain views.
Travelling north from Nairobi, the landscape drops away to the west into the Great Rift Valley, creating a dramatic back-drop to the start of the Mount Kenya and Masai Mara Adventure. A shorter safari, the Mount Kenya and Masai Mara Adventure combines the big game of the Masai Mara plains and the flamingos of Lake Nakuru and Mount Kenya National Park, which offers spectacular bird watching and stunning lakeside and mountain views.

Day 1 - Nairobi
Upon arrival into Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to the Safari Club Hotel. Afternoon at leisure.
Overnight accommodation - Safari Club Hotel
Day 2 - Nairobi to Aberdares
Journey north from Nairobi arriving at the lodge for lunch. Overnight at the Treetops Lodge, set in a forest glade with a waterhole that attracts all sorts of wildlife during the day and night.
Overnight accommodation - Aberdares Treetops Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 3 - Aberdares to Lake Nakuru
Travel south to the spectacular Lake Nakuru. This is often coloured a shimmering flamingo pink from thousands of the beautiful birds lining its shores. Following lunch there is an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge for sunset.
Overnight accommodation - Lake Nakuru Lodge Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 4 - Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
Onwards to the Masai Mara. Afternoon game drive.
Overnight accommodation - Keekorok Lodge Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 5 - Masai Mara
Morning and afternoon game drives.
Overnight accommodation - Keekorok Lodge Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 6 - Masai Mara
Depart the Masai Mara for Nairobi. Onward flights from Nairobi should depart after 1500. Breakfast.
