Boot Camp Rooms: Rooms offer an extreme 5 day workout for guests in a stunning Caribbean setting. The programme is led by ex military instructors and includes 5am starts with activities such as hikes, Socarobics and nutrition advice. A registration fee of $150 includes per person fitness instructor, 30 mins Palm Massage, Boot Camp T-shirt, water bottle, welcome cocktail and is payable locally on arrival.

Supersaver Rooms are small and compact with one double bed, shower, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and balcony or patio.

Superior Rooms are more spacious with one king or two queen size beds, bath/shower, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, pay safe and iron.

Buffet offers a variety of choices and a la carte options include Caribbean, Italian or Indian cuisine. Dress code and reservations may be required for some restaurants during dinner.
DRINK: Unlimited local brand alcoholic and soft drinks including cocktails and house wine by the glass. Premium brand beverages are available at a small surcharge.
ACTIVITIES: Watersports include Hobie Cat sailing, pedal boats, windsurfing, kayaks and snorkelling. Land Sports include use of Tennis Courts (equipment hire extra charge) fitness centre table tennis and beach volleyball. Evening entertainment includes live music, competitions and shows.
