4 Restaurants including - Grann Kaz cafe set in a restored plantation house serving traditional Creole cuisine, there is also a private dining room where guests are able to dine in an intimate setting - Portobello modern Italian cuisine set along the lake with views of Mount Dauban - Sakura japanese influenced cuisine, located on an island in the middle of the lagoon. The central show kitchen prepares grilled freshly caught local seafood, there's also a lake-side pavilion offering teppanyaki. - Café Dauban, overlooking the pool serving breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring world cuisine and Creole specialties
