Beach Villas are situated by the pristine, white beaches and they are elegantly designed with natural wood flooring in the bedroom, stone flooring in the bathroom and vibrant colour schemes throughout. They are spacious at around 68 square metres and all villas include air conditioning, ceiling fan, queen-sized bed, over-sized day bed, coffee, tea & espresso making facilities, in-room safe, free internet access, LCD flat screen TV and CD/DVD player. It is possible to book interconnecting villas for a families.

Luxury Villa
These villas are built half over the water giving them direct access to the lagoon from the private deck. They are self-contained, beautifully appointed and around 90 metres squared in size. The bedroom features a luxurious King-size four poster bed.

Deluxe Water Villa
Romantic and very private with a distance of 15-feet between each one, these villas feature a hand-crafted standalone bathtub with Jacuzzi and an additional Jacuzzi pool on the deck. Guests are offered direct access to the lagoon by the private stairs. The villa is 126 square metres in size and additional features include the beautiful natural wood and white marble flooring, King-size four poster bed, over-size day bed and 42 inch flat screen television.

Sunset Water Villas
The luxurious Sunset Water Villas are individually designed and offer panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the sunset from the private deck. They offer 182 square metres of space with a 14 square metre infinity pool and direct lagoon access. Facilities include a King-size four poster bed, day loungers, free internet access, a 52 inch flat-screen satellite television and individual butler service.

The Platinum Plan includes a fantastic array of quality services, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and sumptuous dining experiences, one visit per week to the à la carte 'Tarmarid' restaurant, premium wines & spirits, unlimited cocktails & signature drinks, fresh fruit juices, soft drinks and mineral water replenished daily in your villa, afternoon snacks on the beach, snorkelling equipment, sunset fishing (weather permitting) and other sporting activities.
