Garden Bungalows are only a few steps from the beach and they are situated in the landscaped garden on the north eastern part of the island. The bungalows were fully refurbished in 2008 and they are around 56 metres squared including the bathroom and wooden terrace. They feature an open-air bathroom with walk-in shower, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, in-room safe, tea & coffee making facilities, telephone, CD player, beach towels and sun loungers on the terrace. Bungalows can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children and rooms have double beds but twin rooms are available.

Bonthi is the main restaurant for all meals in the Garden Bungalows. It is located at the centre of the island in the signature building and serves local and international cuisine on rotating theme nights.

Beach Bungalows
These bungalows are spacious and comfortably furnished with rattan furniture.
Beach Villas
Villas are spacious at around 68 metres squared and they have a large double bedroom with a sofa and table. The terrace offers a daybed with a fan and a sitting area. Please note that it is not possible to book this villa with children under the age of 12. Facilities include a King-size double bed, storage cupboards, ceiling fans inside and on the deck, wine cooler, direct-dial telephone, sun-beds, hairdryer, kimono and 32 inch flat screen television.
Jacuzzi Beach Villas
These villas have a spacious bedroom with four poster bed and sitting area, exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture. The villas are around 76 metres squared and they have the added luxury of a veranda, a secluded garden and a Jacuzzi. Sangu Water Villas
These villas are individually built on wooden columns in the North West side of the lagoon with a romantic view of the sun set and a 360 degree ocean view. The villas are very large at around 70 metres squared and they have a large bedroom and sitting area with panoramic views of the ocean. They also have a furnished veranda, sun deck and steps that lead down to the lagoon. Guests also have the luxury of separate check in and the main restaurant is the Sangu Restaurant which has a beautiful bar area and serves a wide variety of dishes in buffet style. Additional facilities include a King-size four poster bed, sun loungers on the deck and a Jacuzzi bath. Please note that the Water Villas are not available for children under the age of 12.

Ultra (Gold) All Inclusive
It is possible to upgrade to the all inclusive package.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in your allocated main restaurant. Drinks in the bar by the glass, selected spirits, beer, mineral water, house wine and soft drinks. Use of fitness room, volleyball, table tennis, use of windsurfers and one sunset cruise per stay.

Your optional Ultra (Gold) All Inclusive package is as above plus mini-bar refilled once daily, cocktails, afternoon tea and snacks daily, one dinner per week in Francos restaurant, one hour spa treatment per week, tennis and one round of Golf per week.
