Family Holiday in Orlando
A family holiday to Orlando has it all; Visit Mickey Mouse, swim with dolphins and dine with pirates! The main draw to the Orlando area is of course the multitude of theme parks and attractions on offer; Walt Disney World Resort®, Wet 'n' Wild®, Discovery Cove®, SeaWorld® Orlando, Universal Studios® Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure.International Drive is the best place to stay if you don't want to hire a car during your Orlando holiday. Most of the hotels offer free transportation to the theme parks and the I Drive trolley is excellent value at only a dollar a ride. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and attractions like the upside down Wonderworks, a 3-storey family fun entertainment centre. Most of the Homes communities are located in Kissimmee so a car is a must if you're staying here. There are plenty of supermarkets for those on a budget or who prefer to make use of self-catering facilities. Head along Highway 192 and you'll find a choice of restaurants and some budget accommodations. Lake Buena Vista is where you'll find Mickey Mouse and friends in the Walt Disney World Resort. Stay at a Disney hotel or off site at one of the many other options in the area.
